Have your say about standards in social housing

We’re now into the second stage of the National Conversation – where we need your help in fine-tuning the standards we’ve drawn up for social housing landlords. They’re based on what you told us earlier this year about the things that matter most to you as a tenant or shared owner of a housing association, council or co-op or if you live in a home managed by an ALMO. We also want to hear what landlords think too.

Summaries and full reports of our discussion paper and the findings of what you have told us are now available.

Help us fine-tune our draft standards by responding in writing to our discussion paper. We’ve published both a summary and a full version for you.

You can also read the executive summary, the summary or the full report of what tenants and landlords told us in the first phase of the National Conversation.
